Alma de Sedona is a beautifully decorated, welcoming B&B in a perfect, convenient location for visiting Sedona's famous rocks, vortex sites, parks, galleries, restaurants etc. etc. Inn Keepers, Lori and Jim, provided helpful information and Lori's knowledge of the area led me to discover inspirational sites, bookstores and a variety of eateries!
Each day started with a delicious, creative, breakfast - my favorites included egg and chorizo burritos one day and orange/ricotta pancakes another. After hiking, the Inn's pool beckoned for a relaxing dip and the garden and special labyrinth offered additional relaxation and reflective moments. My spacious room offered a lovely balcony/terrace with spectacular views of monumental red rocks and local vegetation.
Alma de Sedona is a world class gem - without a luxury price. This B&B is a fantastic deal with excellent accommodations, great food and gracious management and staff. I enjoyed my 5 nights and hope to return again.
After much research on bed and breakfast's in the Sedona area, I am more than thrilled that I chose to stay at the Alma de Sedona. My partner and I stayed for six full nights and were very sorry to leave. In fact, we are already planning our next visit, possibly in the fall and will without a doubt stay again at the Alma de Sedona.
First of all, the property is beyond beautiful and spirituality seems to flow throughout the land that the Inn is on. Just walking around the property brought upon us a sense of serenity and calm that neither one of us has felt in a long time.
I was also pleasantly surprised that the rooms were even better than the pictures displayed online, which I thought were pretty amazing in and of themselves. The Innkeepers and staff at the Alma de Sedona were perhaps the most friendly and welcoming of any place that I've ever stayed in the past. Not a detail for our comfort and convenience were left out. There were soothing, homemade bath salts placed in our rooms, and even make up remover pads were provided. And now I save the best for last: the daily homemade breakfasts!! Words cannot express how delicious and authentically original each meal was! Lastly, I would like to thank the entire staff for their hospitality and warmth. And a big, extra-special thank you to Lori, who was not only a wealth of knowledge of the area, but also made us feel like family at the Alma de Sedona. Thank you again...
