Included in Your Stay
Mornings begin with a delicious 2 course breakfast served either in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the seasonally heated pool. We offer locally roasted and ground coffee, assorted teas and juice. You may request service in the seclusion of your room. Cookies, light snacks, raspberry lemonade and mint iced tea are served in the afternoon.
Dietary Restriction/Any Allergies
Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you have any special dietary needs or restrictions or have an allergy to anything (this includes feathers, etc). We are happy to accommodate as best we can any requirements with advance notice. Because we are not a full service restaurant, it is helpful to have this information prior to your arrival.
To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit equal to one nights stay or 50% of your full stay is required. Your credit card deposit is processed at the time of booking. No personal checks accepted. Final payment is due upon arrival. We cannot accommodate children under the age of 11.
Alma de Sedona Inn is an intimate Bed and Breakfast, consequently cancellations have a negative impact on us. If you must cancel, 15 days notice before arrival is necessary for a full refund, less $35 per room processing fee. Cancellations of 14 days or less will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost of the reservation, unless the room(s) is/are re-booked, then the per room cancellation fee applies. If you shorten your scheduled stay within 14-days of your scheduled arrival or after you’ve checked-in, you will be responsible for the cost of your original reservation. No-shows will be treated as cancellations received within 14 days and will be charged accordingly. Trip/Travel insurance is recommended and there are many companies on the internet that are able to provide this service along with AAA.
More than likely, you have chosen to stay at Alma de Sedona because you are looking for a more personal experience than you would receive in a traditional hotel. If you have read our reviews, we know you won’t be disappointed in your decision to do so!
Because this is also my home and not a traditional hotel, however, please note that we do not have a 24-hour front desk and we come and go to take care of personal & Inn business, and at the end of a busy day leave to be with family and friends. Your introduction to your experience in the Sedona area begins here at the Inn, and we very much want to be here when you arrive. We offer a complete and complimentary orientation to Sedona and the surrounding area with ideas and suggestions on things of interest. There is no need to stop at the Time Share run Tourist Information offices.
Check-in time is from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, you must call by 5:30pm to make arrangements. For late arrivals we will provide you with the means to let yourself into your room and get settled. We are happy to arrange dinner reservations as well.
Early check-in is sometimes possible with a pre-arranged & confirmed time. IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE AND YOU ANTICIPATE BEING SIGNIFICANTLY EARLY OR LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL US TO LET US KNOW AND PROVIDE US WITH AN UPDATED TIME FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
Our “official” check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Depending on daily reservations, we may be able to accommodate a slightly later check-out.
We are a 100% NON-smoking property and smoking is prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damages, replacement, additional cleaning or loss caused by guest smoking or any other abuse to our guest rooms and lounges without further authorization.
We do not allow pets and will be happy to recommend a kennel for those traveling with animals.
