Alma de Sedona B&B Policies
All rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $35 per night is added for a 3rd person in rooms that will accommodate 3 (Desert Dreams & Settler’s Pine).
Included in Your Stay
Mornings begin with a delicious 2 course breakfast served either in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the seasonally heated pool. We offer locally roasted and ground organic Mexican Altura coffee, assorted teas and juice. You may request service in the seclusion of your room. Cookies, light snacks, raspberry lemonade and mint iced tea are served in the afternoon.
Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you have any special dietary needs or restrictions. In addition, please alert us to any allergies that you have. These may include an allergy to feathers or cleaning chemicals.
To confirm a reservation for a one night stay, the entire amount of the stay, including tax, will be charged at the time of booking.
To confirm a reservation of two nights or more, you will be charged 50% of the total, including tax, at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival.
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of twelve.
We are are a SMOKE-FREE property inside and outside. Smoking/Vaping/E-Cigarettes in rooms/bathrooms/patios and balconies is prohibited. We do not allow burning of incense, sage, essential oils, or personal candles, etc. It is not only a FIRE & SAFETY hazard, but also leaves odors and will result in a $250 CLEANING FEE. Guests will be held responsible for any damages, replacements, additional cleaning or room revenue loss caused by guest smoking or any other abuse to our guest rooms and lounges and will be charged accordingly.
We are unable to accommodate pets. We will be happy to recommend a kennel for those traveling with animals.
If you must cancel 15 days’ notice before arrival is necessary for a full refund, less $50 per room processing fee. Cancellations of 14 days or less will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost of the reservation, unless the room(s) is/are re-booked, then the per room cancellation fee applies. If you shorten your scheduled stay within 14-days of your scheduled arrival or after you’ve checked-in, you will be responsible for the cost of your original reservation. No-shows will be treated as cancellations received within 14 days and will be charged accordingly. Trip/Travel insurance is recommended. There are many companies, including AAA that provide this service.
Check-in time is from 2:30 to 5:45 pm.
Your introduction to your experience in the Sedona area begins here at the Inn. We offer a complete and complimentary orientation to Sedona and the surrounding area with ideas and suggestions on places and activities of interest.
If you will be arriving after 5:45 pm, please call by 5:30 pm to make arrangements. For late arrivals, we will provide you with directions to your room as well as the keys. In addition, we are happy to arrange dinner reservations.
Early check-in is sometimes possible with a pre-arranged & confirmed time. IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE AND YOU ANTICIPATE BEING SIGNIFICANTLY EARLY OR LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED CHECK-IN, PLEASE CALL US TO PROVIDE AN UPDATED TIME OF ARRIVAL.

Depending on our daily schedule, we may be able to accommodate a slightly later check-out.
